1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jita99 platform at jita99.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use any part of the jita99 platform. They govern all aspects of your relationship with jita99 including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in games and betting markets, and all interactions with our customer support team.

jita99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jita99 will notify registered players via the contact email address associated with their account. Your continued use of jita99 following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

• These terms are written in English and the English version shall be the definitive version in all cases.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• jita99 may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these terms to any affiliated company or successor entity without prior notice to the player.
• These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jita99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, and withdraw on jita99.
• You are accessing jita99 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity when registering or using the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by jita99 or its affiliated companies.
• You are registering and using jita99 for personal recreational entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose.
• You have not been self-excluded from jita99 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force.

jita99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension and a freeze on all pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where jita99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Security

To participate in any paid gaming activity on jita99, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one jita99 account. jita99 strictly prohibits the creation or operation of duplicate accounts by the same individual. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — whether through shared payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or other matching signals — jita99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jita99 account login credentials, including your username and password. jita99 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of jita99 whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Notify jita99 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jita99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified jita99 of a breach of account security.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your jita99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your primary verified payment method within 3–5 business days, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no pending verification requests are outstanding.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jita99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jita99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jita99, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jita99 account instantly under normal circumstances. Card deposits may take up to 10 minutes to reflect depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by jita99 within 1–4 hours for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 banking days for card withdrawals. jita99 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or a verified method registered to the same account holder.
• jita99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• A minimum of one completed deposit is required before a withdrawal request can be initiated.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any funds generated from that bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• jita99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which jita99 accepts no responsibility.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jita99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this threshold has been reached. Affected players will be notified by email at least 14 days before any such fee is applied. Fees will not be applied if the account balance is zero.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jita99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that accompany each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means that a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited to an account will expire and be forfeited automatically. jita99 will send a reminder notification 7 days before expiry where possible.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will, unless stated otherwise, result in the forfeiture of the earlier uncompleted bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: jita99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is abusing bonus terms — including through low-risk hedging strategies, multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for any alternative form of compensation.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

jita99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or its other users. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a jita99 account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using jita99 facilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jita99 platform in a manner not sanctioned by jita99.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to place bets at incorrect odds or in circumstances that constitute an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jita99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or misappropriate any part of the jita99 platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse that jita99 determines to be in breach of fair use principles.

jita99 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in Bangladesh and internationally. Where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, jita99 will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records and make these available to authorised authorities upon lawful request.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology forming part of the jita99 platform — including but not limited to the jita99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — are the intellectual property of jita99 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jita99 platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of jita99's content or software without prior written authorisation.
• Use the jita99 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with jita99 that does not exist.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the jita99 platform using automated tools or processes.
• Create derivative works based on jita99 content without explicit written permission from jita99.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. jita99 does not claim ownership over third-party game content displayed on the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jita99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether from sports betting, casino games, or any other wagering activity.
• Technical failures, platform downtime, server errors, or connectivity issues that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of a wager or session.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or game results displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

jita99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, jita99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur, and jita99 will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jita99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
